Application:

This system is a testing system specifically designed for high-voltage switch manufacturing enterprises and switch user units to comprehensively detect the specific performance of high-voltage switches. It has a wide applicable range and integrates mechanical characteristics testing, high and low voltage closing and opening tests, and loop resistance measurement. Completing all testing items with a single wiring makes it an extremely ideal detection tool for high-voltage switch inspection. 

Feature:

1) It has the combined testing functions of switchgear power-on testing, mechanical characteristic testing, and contact resistance testing, integrating three functions into one.

2) With the three-in-one testing function, only one-time wiring is required, and the cables can be shared. There is no need to change the wiring for the second or third time.

3) The three-in-one main control interface adopts a large-screen true-color touch screen human-machine interface. It realizes fully digital measurement and control, with full Chinese display and operation. Each option can be ticked by touching, and each parameter can be manually input.

4) For the three-in-one testing function, after setting and ticking the corresponding parameters and options, all tests can be automatically completed with just one click to start.

5) In addition to meeting the basic requirements for mechanical characteristic testing and high and low voltage tests, it also satisfies the options of ticking the trigger voltage and manually inputting the value. The number of tests can be set.

6) The high and low voltage tests meet the special requirements of users: for the voltage, AC/DC options of 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V can be ticked, and values can also be manually input. The output voltage is electrically adjustable. The percentage of the output voltage options such as 110%, 85%, 80%, 65%, 60%, 30% can be ticked, and values can also be manually input. The voltage accuracy meets the display accuracy of 0.1, and the number of operations can be set.

7) When conducting high and low voltage tests, the equipment has a timing function during the energy storage process.

8) The equipment is equipped with an RS-232 interface, Bluetooth or WiFi communication functions, which can realize short-range scanning and remote data interaction, and supports data uploading to the MES system.
