Application:
The DTC-306 High Voltage Circuit Breaker Characteristic Analyzer provides convenience for the dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers. It can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers of various voltage levels, including minimum-oil, bulk-oil, vacuum, and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) circuit breakers. It is applicable to the mechanical characteristic tests of all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical apparatuses, vacuum switches and oil switches.
Features:
1. Applicable to the mechanical characteristic tests of all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches produced both at home and abroad.
2. It has super-strong anti-interference ability. Even when the bypass busbars in a 500KV substation are live, it can still conduct tests easily and measure accurately.
3. The acceleration sensor (optional), linear sensor, and rotation sensor are extremely convenient and simple to install.
4. With just one operation of the switch, all the data of the switch's mechanical characteristic test and the corresponding waveform diagrams can be obtained.
5. The main unit can store on-site test data. The built-in real-time clock is convenient for filing and saving the test date and time.
6. The main unit features a large screen, wide temperature adaptability, direct perspective, a liquid crystal display with backlight, and displays all data and diagrams in Chinese. The liquid crystal contrast can be adjusted electronically, and the settings are memorized when the power is cut off.
7. It is operated through a Chinese menu, making it easy to use. The instrument is equipped with a built-in printer, which can quickly print all data and diagrams at any time.
8. The dynamic characteristic tester is equipped with data analysis and management software, which can be operated in conjunction with a PC. The test results can be output to various types of pin printers, laser printers, or inkjet printers to print test reports, enabling computerized on-site tests.
9. It has the functions of selecting the instant-opening and instant-closing speeds and customizing them. According to needs, it can be set and analyzed arbitrarily, and is suitable for measuring the speed of any model of switch produced by any switch factory at home and abroad.
