Application:
It is used for capacity verification discharge test of the battery pack, so as to replace individual failed or nearly failed single batteries in early stage, and ensure the effectiveness of the whole battery pack; Or assess the life expectancy of the entire battery.
Features:
◆PTC ceramic resistance is used to avoid red heat phenomenon and make the whole discharge process safer.
◆Single monitoring module adopts remote radio frequency wireless communication for voltage data transmission, and can be set up to 4 independent frequency bands, that is, can be in the same area at most 4 sets of monitoring systems at the same time for data transmission, without mutual interference or channing.
◆Wireless acquisition box can monitor each battery, realize the complete monitoring of the battery pack discharge process, and has three data acquisition methods:
1. Data is transmitted between the monomer monitoring module and the charge and discharge instrument host.
1. Data transmission between the single monitoring module and the USB wireless terminal.
2. Single monitorig module and charge and discharge instrument host, USB wireless terminal, data transmission between the three.
◆Each charging and discharging device can monitor 25 individual collection boxes, each individual collection box can be connected to 12 batteries, a total of 300 batteries can be monitored. The device can automatically select the number and voltage value of the highest 6 batteries and the lowest 6 batteries, and display it in different colors on the display screen.
The voltage of a single unit can be displayed in a sliding table or a sliding bar chart.
◆It is equipped with PC software, which can analyze the recorded data such as total voltage, discharge current and voltage of each cell, and generate corresponding data reports. Intuitively reflect the battery performance curves, graphs, reports, etc., and can be printed and queried.
◆The device is provided with a USB port. The discharge data can be stored in the USB flash drive and imported to a PC. PC data management software can analyze the process of battery discharge and generate the corresponding data report, so that the data transfer is more convenient.
◆It adopts intelligent single chip ARM control, 7 inch 1024*600 HD LCD display, resistive touch operation, built-in Chinese and English switching menu, menu operation is simple and clear.
◆Automatic protection stop function, over temperature protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, reverse alarm protection, the display screen can display the corresponding alarm when any alarm stops, over voltage protection, reverse alarm protection automatically disconnect the air circuit breaker.
◆You can set charge/discharge termination conditions, including low charge of a single battery, low charge/high charge of the whole group, low charge current, low charge/discharge time, charge/discharge capacity. When any condition is reached, the device will automatically stop the test with a buzzer and record the reason for stopping.
◆It can be used for online compensated charge/discharge. By connecting to an external current clamp sensor, the battery can be discharged in online operation, which greatly facilitates the test work. This feature is especially suitable for occasions where there is only a single set of backup batteries.
◆It has RS485 remote control charging and discharging function.
◆It has the functions of charging, discharging and activating in parallel mode. It only needs to operate on the display of the device whose parallel parameter is the host. The device whose parallel parameter is the slave can automatically follow the instructions of the host to distribute power evenly, and start and stop operation.
