Application:
The battery cell activator uses the characteristics of high frequency, low voltage and high current to decompose the lead sulfate crystal attached to the surface of the battery plate under the action of directional current, and re-reduce to lead ion, so as to realize the battery charging and repair function. Is a set of battery constant discharge, intelligent charging and charge and discharge cycle in one of the test equipment, for the single voltage (2V, 6V, 12V) backward battery cycle charge and discharge, deep activation, fully activate battery chemicals, to achieve the purpose of repair. Can be widely used in communication, power, tower, battery manufacturers, railway, subway, petrochemical and other industries. ◆Activation parameter preset function: built-in a variety of commonly used activation templates to meet the parameter Settings of different types of batteries. Template data can be saved after power failure, and the test can be started immediately after power-on, without frequently setting parameters, making the test operation simple and efficient.
◆It is equipped with professional PC data analysis and management software: it can conduct in-depth analysis of the test data generated by the equipment, including single voltage curve, single bar chart, real-time data table, password protection of the upper computer software, experimental conclusions and other functions. It can automatically generate Excel or Word document format reports according to requirements and then print and archive them.
◆Powerful data storage and backup functions: built-in 16GB data storage space, can store more than 1000 sets of charge and discharge data, and support historical data viewing, analysis, deletion and other functions, equipped with 16GB U disk, data analysis and backup management through PC PC software.
◆Historical data curve view: The built-in data file can be queried in the form of charts and waveform curves, and the waveform diagram can be enlarged, reduced, left shift, right shift and other multi-angle display.
◆It can set a variety of charge and discharge test alarm functions: including discharge capacity to, charge and discharge time to, cell voltage limit, activation times to, which will automatically stop charge and discharge when any test condition reaches, and over voltage, over current, over temperature, data storage exception, voltage test terminal reverse connection and other test fault alarm display.
◆With calibration function: The instrument has the function of voltage and current calibration and correction. The measurement error can be calibrated and corrected on site to ensure the measurement accuracy. This function is especially suitable for use when instrument readings are required to be consistent with field instruments.
